International Orders: Usually arrive within 7–10 working days, depending on location.
Made-to-Order Items: Some items may require longer processing times. Estimated dispatch times will be shown on the product page.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

How much is shipping?
We offer a flat worldwide rate of €5. Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping.
What if I’m not home when my order arrives?
Couriers usually make 1–2 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, your package may be left at a nearby collection point for 7–10 days before being returned. Please check your tracking link for updates.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at support@aslook.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes.
