WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We use courier and pickup-point delivery depending on the destination and product. Most items ship from EU or US warehouses via carriers like DPD, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others. You can set flat rate or free shipping in your store as you prefer. Customers pay the shipping cost you configure during checkout.
Note: Due to sudden changes in international shipping, we’re temporarily pausing all deliveries to the United States.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are usually shipped the next business day. Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days in Europe and 4–10 days to the UK. Tracking details are always provided.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we deliver to most European countries, as well as the UK. Shipping availability can vary depending on the product and destination, but most items can be shipped internationally without issues.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 20 days of purchase for unused and undamaged items with original labels. Personalized items, underwear, and socks cannot be returned. Refunds are processed within a few days after the item arrives back. For returns, contact our support team to get the instructions.
