Returns
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw within 15 days of receiving your item, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Original packaging and tags must be intact

Proof of purchase is required
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons (unless defective), including:

Personalized or custom-made products

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

defective

damaged during shipping
-
different from what was ordered
Please contact us within 15 days of delivery and provide:

your order number

photos showing the issue
We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Return Process
Returns must be approved before shipping.
Because we work with multiple verified suppliers, the return address may vary depending on the product.
You will receive the correct return instructions after your request is approved.
Items sent back without prior approval cannot be processed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued:

after the returned item is received and inspected, or

when a replacement is not available within a reasonable timeframe
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Partial refunds may be issued if returned items show signs of use or are missing packaging or accessories.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, but you may still request a return if eligible.
