Damn, if you are here, you are probably braver than us as you consider wearing red boots. 516 aka High Aviator Boots, are a taller version of our popular Aviator ankle boots. Aviators are no-nonsense unisex boots made of water-repellent leather that are suitable for wearing everywhere, in the city and the woods, and any weather. They are manufactured in Europe according to NATO AQAP 2110 standard by the same factory making one of the most legendary military boots, M77s. The same manufacturer has also worked with well-known brands, including Dr. Martens and Rossignol. So we assure you they last longer and are of better quality than similar, more expensive “fashion boots” in your local shoestores. As Aviators have no lining besides genuine leather, we recommend wearing warmer socks in freezing weather.
The sizes run large. We recommend choosing one size down, e.g if you wear your Nike’s size 41, our boots at size 40 will be excellent.
